Approximately 5 days prior to the Close of Escrow  arrange a walk through inspection with you at the property to ensure that the property is being delivered in the condition agreed on and that any agreed repairs have been made, and re-verify with the Sellers that agreed on Personal Property will be left at the property on Closing.

Assist you in arranging for transfer of Utilities from the Seller to you at the Close of Escrow.

Arrange the transfer of Key's, Garage Door Openers from the Seller or their agent, When it has been confirmed that the Grant Deed has been recorded and the Escrow is Closed.

Arrange to deliver or have delivered to you your Closing Statement  and any excess funds you deposited in Escrow.
