The Ocean Club was completed in 1988 , it has 116 units.
     
There are a number of floor plans for one and two bedroom units. The original building also has a 3 Bedroom unit with approximately 3400 Sqft, located on the Bluff. Since completion there was an additional 3 Bedroom added by combining two 2 Bedroom units.
     
All units in the complex with the exception of  3 have Ocean View.
     
The Complex also has a Hotel Room that can be reserved for Guests that has full maid service.

The Association dues as of March 2002 are: $529.00 per month and include, Earthquake Insurance, Common Area Maintenance, Water Trash, Basic Cable, Reserve Fund and Security Services.
