Approximately 5 days prior to the Close of Escrow if requested by the Buyer arrange a walk through inspection with you at the property to ensure that the property is being delivered in the condition agreed on and that any agreed repairs have been made, and re-verify with you on any personal property  that you agreed on will be left at the property on Closing.

Arrange the transfer of Key's, Garage Door Openers to the Buyer and their agent.  When it has been confirmed that the Grant Deed has been recorded and the Escrow is Closed  and in the event you are to stay in possession for a few days that how the transfer will be made.

Arrange to have delivered to you your Sale Proceeds and  Closing Statement.
