The Sovereign, is a Fourteen story building on the south side and twelve stories on the north side (Ocean Blvd). In 1923 when completed there were 96 Apartments and some commercial space. Currently there are 98 total units

92 Condominiums and 6 commercial spaces all individually owned.

The largest unit is located on the 5th Floor Unit 507 of the complex and has 2 Bedrooms and 2 Baths with approximately 1766 Sqft. According to the Los Angeles Tax Rolls it is the only two bedroom unit in the building.
