Villa Riviera Complex Information

The Villa Rivera has 131 units consisting of Hotel Rooms (no kitchens or baths), Studio Apartments, 1 Bedroom and 2 Bedroom Apartments and 2 Penthouse units. The units range in size from 250 Sq. Ft. to approximately 2872. Over the years several units have been combined with other units so the configuration is not the same as shown on the public record. There is commercial space on the main floor and mezzanine that the association rents out. The Association Dues are assessed on the basis of square feet in each unit and include

	Central Heat (steam radiator system)
	Gas
	Electricity
	Cable TV
	Water
	Association Office on Site
	Common Area Maintenance
	Trash
	Insurance on the Building
	Reserve Fund

On the main level of the building is the Villa Room, which is equipped with a full kitchen and can be reserved for owners use, it is also made available to civic organizations such as the Historical Society. There is a building office on this level where packages and deliveries can be made for residents.

There are three elevators, 2 passenger and 1 for freight (for moving in and out) The elevators provide service to the 15th floor, the Penthouse units are walk up units to the 16th Floor. There are Laundry facilities in the basement of the building as well as storage units that can be rented from the association.

On the roof of the parking structure is located a large sun deck, which can be accessed from the main building. The parking structure is maintained by the association and parking spaces are rented to the residence for approximately $65/per month.
